• Exchanges are only available for items that are damaged upon arrival.
• To qualify for an exchange, you must provide video proof of the damage before sending the item back.
• Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

2. No Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed.
• Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.

3. Order Cancellation & Changes

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed.
